BIG SATURDAY at Lymington
On Sat 28th July a merry band of three RS Aeros sailors went for a final spot of pre Worlds training from Lymington to prepare for anything that Weymouth might throw at them.
Over two hours the average windspeed increased from 27kn to 30kn, with max gust 39kn.
The tide was at its maximum ebb into the wind direction kicking up a nasty western Solent mogul field.
All three boats sailed hard in extreme conditions for nearly 2 hours with no gear failure!
