RS Customer Support - Who do I ask for help?

This post is intended to clarify who and how different people can help answer questions / solve issues.
 
Your Local Dealer 
This will typically be the person you purchased the boat from and should be your first point of contact for warranty related issues, repairs and general advice. They will know you, your local environment and will be best placed to act quickly.
 
RS Aero Class Association - Manager
A good point of call for all matters relating to events both present and future. Hints, tips, tuning & technique advice. Class Membership, Rules & Constitution queries. Promotion of Class activity generally. [email protected]

Your peers, who will be very keen to give you their opinion on all matters Aero. From what brand of rope to use to what colour car to buy.
 
Local Sailing Club Class Captain
Always a great source of local information.
 
RS Head Office - Customer Support
Technical questions your local dealer cannot answer. Resolution of escalated warranty issues. Feedback regarding the boat and your dealer/brand experience.
