Carry a Pencil
Megan Ridgway, AUS
Megan Ridgway of Sandringham Yacht Club took 3rd for AUS at the recent RS Aero 5 Worlds in Melbourne and in theme with Mark's tip #40 she recommends having the ability to continue that good work afloat.
' Carry a Pencil
Take a pencil* with you. You can write down wind angles, the course, sail numbers if you have an incident or whatever it is that might be overloading your head and help to focus on the racing and what's happening now. The RS Aero open white deck is great for writing any notes and you can easily clean it off later.
Hope you're all well, Megan '
*Either a normal HB pencil or a grease or wax pencil, china marker or china-graph pencil (UK), is a pencil useful for marking on hard, glossy non-porous surfaces and can be cleaned off later.
